| | November 21, 2007 | | Two salient memories of Dale will remain with me until I join the eternal softball game. First was Dale's
demeanor towards his teamates. He never had a critical word about on or off field performances. The second was his basketball
prowess. Dale's idea of a pass was not to pass up a shot. Justly so, he was a flat out scorer. | | | Pio DeCano (Seattle, WA) |
| | November 21, 2007 | | I thought I was too old to be shocked by life. I thought I understood and accepted God's will and
that there is a time for everything. I forgot just how precious friendship is and how fragile life is. The last time I was
with Dale, we watched the Indians beat his beloved Yankees and I was unmerciful in my moment of victory. As I reflect about
Dale and our friendship, I realize just how being around him made you enjoy even the smallest of happenings. I will miss him
greatly. Thanks Dale, for letting me share a part of your life and making me better for it. My condolences to you Jean and
to all of your family. God be with you. | | | John Webley (Auburn, WA)

teammate, more importantly I miss the person Dale was. My heart goes out to Jean and family. | | | Bob Young (Tacoma, WA) |
| | November 20, 2007 | | What an incredible journey. Dale was one of the best softball hitters in the game, a true gentleman
and a wonderful family man. My fondest and toughest memory was his incessant ability to continually hit balls over my head
and down the line when I was in right field. Hard to believe how often he stood at third base. What wonderful memories and,
I too, will not say "Goodbye" just "I'll see you later". | | | Mickey

19, 2007 | | There are so many good things about Dale that I will remember. I believe the most important thing to
me was the unconditional friendship he gave to his friends. We are fortunate to have known him.I still wish I could have blocked
his quick little shot at about 10 feet. He was a very good athelete. His friend Vern | | | Vern Tillman (Redmond, WA) Contact me |

I first met Dale, I couldn't believe that anybody could be THAT happy, ALL the time. I soon learned that Dale was
the poster child for happiness & he influenced all of us. Dale made softball road trips fun & adventursome. I love you Dale and I'll miss you.

| | November 19, 2007 | | I first was personally introduced to Dale some 3 years ago when I was playing Senior Softball with the
First American Title Group our of Renton. He was such a gentleman. He kept asking me if I wanted to take a turn or two @ his
3rd base position while we were playing in Kelowna, BC; I though that was very generous of him and I did. We wound up trading
off during the tourney and established a friendship. In my first trip to AZ for the Sun City and Mesa tournaments, Dale was
the first to greet and introduce himself to my companion Diane; she still remembers that moment even today as he instantly
made her feel part of the team. I also just recently spent moments one on one with Dale discussing his hip replacement and
how the hip action was so important in the softball swing. He thanked me in a very sincere manner for sharing the time like
he would always do. Dale was a very genuine and unique individual and I will miss his company.

16, 2007 | | Dale was a wonderful, wonderful neighbor and friend, and one of the very best friends of my Dad, Dennis,
who died last year, and who lived right across the street from Dale and his family for over 20 years. Dale was always friendly
and warm to our family. When my Father was suffering with cancer and unable to drive, Dale would often drive my Dad to the
hospital, and Dale was always around when my Dad needed him. My prayers to his family. This is a tough time. Dale was such
a great, great guy. | | | Dino Lencioni (Bellevue, WA) Contact me |

| | November 15, 2007 | | I was lucky enough to know Dale for some 30 years, he was one in a million. It won't be the
same going to the ball field knowing he won't be there. Senior softball is like family to a lot of us and Dale's
passing is like losing a member of that family. Dale you will be missed. | | | Larry

15, 2007 | | The world is a much sadder place without Dale in it. Dale (and Jean) made my daughter, Susie and I feel
as if we were a part of the family. I would tell everyone "I'm going to my family reunion" because that is how
everyone felt that went to Crystal Mountain. My heart aches so much at this tragic lose. Dale will be missed by so many, beacuse
he was so loved. | | | Cheryl Wright (Kent, WA) Contact me |

| | November 15, 2007 | | I was so sorry to hear of Dale's passing. In every persons life, you come across a person who has
made a differnce in your life, and Dale was that person in Diana's and my life. I have never known anyone who enjoyed
their retirement as much as Dale did his. You already know how much his family meant to him (you were everything)What you
may not know is how much he meant to his friends. God bless and know he is in our prayers! With Love Mike

a happy, fun loving guy. Whenever we would go and watch my father play softball, Dale was always the first one to come and
greet my husband, son, and I, with a hand shake and a smile. What a wonderful person he was...let alone the best senior third
baseman we have ever seen play softball. He was amazing! Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
