Tournament Format

This is a "Ring Award" Tournament.

All Women and Men's 60+ and younger:
Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets. (Sessions #1 and #3 run 3 Days)

Men's 65+ and Older:
Six games minimum scheduled, with four Round Robin games into Double Elimination brackets. (Session #2 runs 4 Days)

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

The evening before play begins at 7:00 PM at the Headquarters Hotel. Team registration (Managers only) from 5:00-7:00 PM before the Manager Meeting.

NOTE: Managers who do not attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting.
